We had a wonderful evening with our guest speaker, Shawn Carney, at our Annual Spring Banquet on April 23, 2010 .

Shawn Carney is Co-Founder of 40 Days for Life, a breakthrough initiative expanded to all 50 states, and a dozen countries outside the US. The initiative began in Texas with 40 days of prayer and fasting for an end to abortion, a round-the-clock peaceful vigil outside local abortion centers, and a grassroots door-to-door outreach.

Shawn is also the Executive Producer and Host of the new pro-llife television series, "being HUMAN," which airs in 128 million homes via the EWTN global television network.
